What you are buying
A Setpoint program is a written training plan and a licence to use it yourself. You get lifetime access to the version you bought plus every update to it. You do not get the right to resell it, redistribute it, or coach other people from it commercially.
Membership
Access and Coached bill monthly or annually in advance, and renew until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in. Programs you bought outright stay yours after a membership ends.
What I owe you
That the program is written as described, that the sessions match the curriculum on the sales page, and that I fix anything broken. If a program changes materially, you keep the version you bought.
What I do not promise
A specific result. Training outcomes depend on adherence, sleep, food, stress and your starting point, none of which I control.
Account and access
Do not share your login. Access is for one person.
