The short version
Your email, your order record, and whatever you type into the training log. No advertising trackers, no data sold to anyone, ever.
The training log
Your logged sets, loads and RPEs are stored in your own browser. In this template they never leave your device. If you wire up an account system, say so here and describe where the data actually goes.
Payments
Payments are handled by the payment processor you connect. Card details never touch this site — the checkout is hosted by the processor, and I never see or store them.
Your address is used for receipts, access and the emails you asked for. Unsubscribe links are in every one.
Your rights
Ask me for a copy of what I hold or ask me to delete it, and I will do it. Contact details are on the contact page.
Analytics
Describe here whatever analytics you actually run. If you run none, say that — it is a feature.
